Shipping & Returns
MILK wants every customer to be 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE. If this is not the case, and the customer is not happy with their purchase please see below if you are eligible for a refund/exchange. Please note –regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code.
Please note:Free shipping to customers IN THE UAE a flat rate of AED 15 is applicable.
Refunds
The item must be returned within 12 days of purchase for an exchange,& within 10 days of purchase for a refund. All tags must remain attached and all item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging (if any). Refunds given will be less the shipping cost to pick up the returned items and any taxes levied.
Items purchased with MILK credits will be refunded MILK credits on their MILK ACCOUNT, less any shipping costs and taxes levied on returned items. If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by MILK, however, please allow 20 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited (AED), MILK CREDITS will be credited 2 days within the receipt of the returned items.
"All the refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment."
To return and exchange within the U.A.E – please follow the steps below:
- Please sign into your account, go to "My Dashboard", and select your "My Bag".
- Click on "View Details" for the invoice pertaining to the return/exchange and select the item(s) for return.
- Click on the "Return" button, fill in the details required,and click "Continue".
- Once we receive your return notification, we will send you a confirmation of pick-up.
- If you don’t have an account, contact us on help@milk-living.com, and notify us of the intended exchange or return including the following details(Date of Purchase, Order ID, Invoice #, Product Name, Model #, Size and Colour)and reason for exchange/return.
- Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions listed under the "Refunds" section above.
- Include the items you wish to return AND the MILK RETURN INVOICE.
- MILK’s preferred shipping carrier, Fetchr, will contact you to schedule a pick-up for the return.
- Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
- Once we receive your package, we shall process your refund/exchange immediately. You can check on your return status on your "My Dashboard" page, "Returns" section.
- You will not be charged the return shipping cost for your FIRST exchange. All postage costs associated with exchanges after the FIRST exchange,are not covered by MILK.
- Refunded items will be refunded less any shipping cost incurred.Purchases using cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Exchanges on any full priced items are available as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, MILK CREDITS or a refund will be offered as an alternative.
- Refunds are given on full priced garments ONLY, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
- Refunds shall be made to the credit card the customer used to purchase the items.Please note MILK cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!

- MILK will not offer free International returns and exchanges. Items returned for an exchange would have an additional cost of shipping and any taxes levied.
- Exchanges & Returns within the Middle East can be done through our preferred shipping carrier Fetchr.
- Exchanges on any full priced items are available as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, MILK CREDITS will be offered as an alternative.
- Please note MILK cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, please keep the tracking number with you.
